As Station buildings go, King’s Cross is one of the most iconic with Grade 1 listing and designed in 1852 by Harry Potter. Or Lewis Cubitt. One of the two. We’ve taken two floors of offices that form part of the main station building. Enter from the front of station on the corner of York Way and Euston Road, just to the right of the beautiful arches looming over the main entrance. The offices have been comprehensively refurbished revealing the original brickwork and steel and iron features of the building. Alongside private office space, it’s got a shared work space & co-working lounge as well as a range of meeting rooms, event space and dining spaces throughout the first floor.

If there’s one building that we have that speaks for itself, it’s The Shard. We looked at a range of floors that were available but figured if you’re going to be in The Shard, you want the views. So we went for the highest office floors we could take on levels 24 and 25 (the highest office floor is level 28). Stunning views across London in a building that is recognised globally (and by Charlie’s 6-year-old daughter). Architects Archer Humphryes (responsible for The Standard Hotel in New York and the Chiltern Firehouse in Marylebone) have been working with us to create space that highlights the extraordinary views wherever possible with a warm palette of materials and colour for a more intimate environment than you might otherwise expect in this building. This building has offices, co-working space, a lounge, event space and meeting rooms that provide an experience a little better than ‘another day in the office’.

Working with dMFK we are transforming this 1980's office building with a 5-storey extension added to the front façade, plus a rear extension and a rooftop extension. This will allow us to create something really exciting here; a mix of private offices and shared workspaces where we've also managed to design in roof gardens at four different levels. There will be a mix of co-working space, offices, meeting rooms, a gym and a café. The space had been designed to encourage productive, flexible and collaborative working.

Studio Downie Architects worked with Wells Mackereth to create space for a range of office sizes, meeting rooms, event spaces and co-working spaces.
