Built in 1824 by Henry and William Ibbotson, the building this centre occupies is thought to be the world’s first and England’s oldest surviving purpose-built cutlery factory. The fantastic Grade 11 listed building was renovated in the late 1980s to provide modern office space as part of Kelham Islands Conservation Area. The centre offers a mix of office space ranging from 250 to 10,000 sq/ft making it the ideal home for both start-up and established businesses and with fantastic facilities inside a historical building, it can be a truly unique home for a business.
