Location
These premises are prominently situated at the end of Wigwam Lane. The area is considered to be one of the main commercial districts in Hucknall, a north-Nottinghamshire town. The area is primarily given to industrial and storage uses and indeed part of the subject premises are designated for these uses at present. Hucknall town centre is 0.5 mile due west of the subject premises, providing services and amenities. There is excellent access to the A611, 1.5 miles from the premises which in turn links to the M1 Motorway 3.5 miles due west of the property.
