This centre is located only a few minutes' walk from Falkirk's main-line railway station. Both Glasgow and Edinburgh are within 30 minutes travel by train. Falkirk Grahamston also has direct trains to London. FBH is also within easy walking distance of Falkirk Bus Station. Junctions 5 and 6 of the M9 motorway are within 5 minutes' drive, with Edinburgh airport just 30 minutes away, perfect if you travel internationally for work. This is a landmark building located in the heart of the town centre. It is a four storey building which has been converted into an innovative and state-of-the-art managed business centre. This centre offers fully serviced office suites of varying sizes (2 to 6 person suites available), a ground floor co-working area (HubLounge) offering an 'office when required', a seminar area for 55 people and a range of flexible private meeting rooms equipped with multi-media presentation equipment. The building incorporates Finnegans Cafe and a Wellness Centre offering a range of traditional and complementary therapies. Tenants have 24/7 access and reception is manned from 8am to 9pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 7pm Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
