After you submit a workspace enquiry to us, we may share your enquiry details (including contact details) with workspace providers and our commercial broker partners in order to provide office search support services to you. Those workspace providers and commercial broker partners may contact you to follow up on your enquiry.
We share your personal data within the Instant Group. This may involve transferring your data outside the UK/EU, to countries with data protection laws which may be of a lower standard than in the UK/EU.
It may also be processed by staff operating outside the UK/EU who work for us or for one of our suppliers, for example in the US, India, China, Singapore and South Africa. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order and any international requests that you make for serviced office solutions, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.
