Office description
Doha West Bay Centre offers 8th, 9th and 14th floor views from the Al Fardan Towers complex in the heart of the city's business district. It is situated in one of two stunning tower buildings, which also contains a variety of boutique shops, cafés and restaurants. Qatar and its capital Doha have experienced rapid economic growth on the back of oil revenue, but the economic policy is focused on private and foreign investment in non-energy sectors. That push to diversify and incentives like the lack of any income tax has seen increasing corporate and commercial activity in Doha and a boom in construction. This is most visible with the changing skyline of the city and has produced whole new districts like West Bay itself and Lusail, an even newer planned community to the north of West Bay. Elsewhere in the city the Qatar Science & Technology Park aims to attract technology-based companies and entrepreneurs.
