Office description
Located in the landmark, curved Zen Building, the centre occupies a commanding position on an industrial park on the east side of Utrecht. This is a prominent financial and commercial district, and the Fortis Tower, which is the preferred address for leading law, accountancy and consultancy firms, is nearby. These industry sectors are growing rapidly in Utrecht, which has the Netherlands' best-educated workforce thanks, in part, to the local university, which is renowned for business and management courses. The seat of the provincial government, the provinciehuis, is also close by. The Grand Hotel Karel V was formerly a medieval monastery and now offers business people both luxury accommodation and memorable convention centre facilities. The main route to Schiphol International Airport is one minute's drive away. Utrecht Business park centre has a variety of meeting rooms.
