Office description
On approaching this stunning Neo-Renaissance-style building in Rome’s old town, it’s clear that Palazzo Marignoli is palatial in both name and nature. Historically a notable meeting place for Italian and international writers, actors, journalists and politicians, this location is now more popular with innovators of the personal technology ilk – the city’s flagship Apple store holds a prominent position on the ground floor. Inside, visitors are greeted by a striking, ultra-modern inner courtyard. Enclosed by a glass ceiling and complemented by elegant white furnishings, the dramatic black scenographic double staircase takes centre stage. On the first floor, a suite of well-appointed private offices, stylish meeting rooms and spacious co-working areas are no less impressive, with high-speed Wi-Fi on tap and professional support staff to hand.Located in via del Corso, one of the city’s main retail streets, the building’s main access point is the charming Piazza San Silvestro. This is the historic centre of the city as well as its main business district, characterised by the presence of corporate headquarters, government offices, premium retail outlets and high-end hotels. Traffic is limited in this area, however you’ll find S. Claudio, Corso and L.go Chigi bus stops nearby, while Venezia light rail station, Spagna subway station, and Roma Termini train station are also within walking distance. Rome is, of course, a capital of culture, so it should come as no surprise that iconic attractions including the Trevi fountain, Marcus Aurelius column and the Obelisk of Montecitorio are within minutes of the office door. Enjoy a lunchtime stroll around Giardini del Quirinale Garden or Villa Borghese Park, and dig deep for inspiration at La Meridiana Di Augusto archaeological site.
