Office description
The Sainte-Foy Center is part of the prestigious Complexe Jules Dallaire development, and is hosted by one of two striking towers with views of Quebec City and the St Lawrence River. Both towers, in white with blue-tinted glass on every level, are class-A buildings designed to use 'green' technology to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards. The center, in tower one, has on-site amenities and benefits from its close proximity to the downtown area. In fact, Boulevard Laurier is sometimes referred to as the ""entrance to Quebec"" and is important to the city's economic life.Strategically placed near the international airport and intersection of major roads, the center's neighbors include the University Laval, shops, hotels and many businesses. The city is a regional administrative and services hub and hosts the HQs of companies in the insurance, legal, marketing, technology and financial sectors. The security and defense industries are also prominent.
